Born from the SOCOM PDW solicitation and voted BEST OF SHOT 2019 by RECOIL Magazine, the Maxim Defense PDX™ delivers uncompromising performance in a subcompact 5.56 NATO, 7.62x39, or .300 BLK platform. Measuring just 18.75" in overall length, the PDX™ is engineered for exceptional maneuverability while maintaining the performance and reliability expected from a Maxim Defense firearm.

At the heart of the PDX™ is the patented SCW™ system, featuring a compact 4" stock system with an integrated bolt carrier group and interchangeable buffer weights for enhanced recoil control, faster follow-ups, and reliable operation across calibers. The Maxim HATEBRAKE™ muzzle booster further enhances the platform by reducing recoil, decreasing flash signature, and redirecting blast forward.

The included EOTECH HWS EXPS2 complements the PDX™ with a compact, rugged optic designed for rapid target acquisition. Its holographic sighting system provides a clear aiming point while maintaining a wide field of view, making it an ideal match for the PDX™'s compact design and close- to mid-range capabilities.
