IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding silencers (cans, suppressors, etc.) on any Maxim Defense firearm:

• Lifetime Warranty: Maxim Defense Industries manufactures firearms to the highest standards in the industry and warrants our products against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original owner’s purchase.
• Aftermarket Alterations: Maxim Defense does not warrant or assume any liability or responsibility for damages incurred to your Maxim Defense product due to aftermarket alterations. This includes but is not limited to, triggers, suppressors, or other accessories that alter the product from its original factory condition. Any damage to your Maxim product as a result of aftermarket alterations is the sole responsibility of the owner.
  Important: Using an MSX Suppressor by Maxim Defense on your Maxim Defense firearm DOES NOT void its warranty. We only consider aftermarket alterations to be modifications involving brands outside of Maxim Defense.
• Non-MSX Suppressors: If your suppressor is not an MSX Suppressor by Maxim Defense, we cannot guarantee the performance of the suppressor nor ensure that it did not cause direct damage to your Maxim firearm. Use of non-MSX suppressors may void the warranty, as not all suppressors are rated for shorter barrels.
• MSX Suppressor Damage: If an MSX Suppressor by Maxim Defense has caused damage to your Maxim Defense firearm, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We are committed to resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.

• Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

SHIPPING

• Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated at the time of the order and may vary.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not included in our pricing. UPS/FedEx Ground shipping on a full rifle can be estimated by a sales representative, but exact pricing will not be determined until payment is transferred (upon shipment).
• Shipping Company: Products are generally shipped via UPS Ground. UPS requires delivery to a physical address and will not ship to a P.O. Box.
• International Shipments: Standard FFL shipments are exclusive to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We only ship to foreign countries through a State Department-authorized exporting agency. All foreign orders require a 50% deposit.

RETURNS

• There is a 10% service fee on all website orders that are canceled prior to product shipment.
• Maxim Defense Industries offers a 30-day return policy on all products excluding ammunition. This policy includes firearms, lower receivers, uppers and upper kits, damaged or used BCGs (Bolt Carrier Group), SCW, CQB, CCS Stocks or Braces, HATEBRAKES, and any firearm, stock, or brace accessories. If you are not satisfied with your direct purchase, simply return it for a refund. You will need to email info@maximdefense.com to obtain approval and an RMA number prior to returning. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise.
• Please Note: For safety reasons, Maxim Defense is unable to accept returns of ammunition for any reason, and no refunds will be issued for any returned ammunition.
• After 30 Days: No refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days from the invoice date. No credit will be granted for shipping charges or surcharges.
• Return Void: No refunds will be issued if the product has been altered, damaged, or used by the consumer or anyone other than a Maxim Defense Industries employee.

PRIVACY

Maxim Defense Industries is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that protecting those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Maxim Defense Industries has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:

• Acquisition of Information: We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.

MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICING (MAP)

• MAP Pricing Policy: The MAP pricing policy refers only to the price that an authorized retailer uses to advertise in print, direct mailing, internet, and other print forms of advertising. The MAP pricing policy does not refer to the price at which an authorized retailer sells our products. We have MAP pricing on firearms, uppers, kits, and suppressors.
• Retailer Commitment: Maxim Defense Industries believes that our authorized retailers and their sales representatives commit much time and resources toward supporting our product. We recognize that there are significant costs involved in developing, protecting, advertising, branding, and educating the consumer on the value and quality of the Maxim Defense Industries product line. Because of those costs, we offer our products to authorized retailers at a cost and price structure that we believe fosters the profit necessary to fund the activities mentioned.
• Purpose of MAP Policy: The purpose of our MAP policy is to support our mutually beneficial cost and price structure to maintain an equal field of opportunity for all authorized retailers – regardless of size or purchasing power. We also believe that a sound MAP policy protects consumers from retailers who have no knowledge of the products, provide no support, and in some cases misrepresent product availability.
• Authorized Dealers and Retailers: Authorized dealers and retailers are to use the Maxim Defense Industries MAP pricing outlined in our price list. We will supply a current copy via email or USPS first-class mail if requested. We reserve the right to discontinue business with authorized retailers that do not adhere to this policy.
