The Maxim Defense Carbine K Buffer Tube Kit is built around a compact 6-inch buffer tube, shortening the rear of the platform compared to a standard carbine receiver extension. By shifting the stock’s adjustment range forward, the Carbine K creates a shorter overall package and reduced length of pull–ideal for compact builds and shooters who prefer a tighter, more maneuverable setup.
The system combines the 6-inch Carbine K Buffer Tube with your choice of compatible buffer configuration, allowing the system to be tailored to the firearm rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all buffer setup.
The kit also includes a MIL-SPEC castle nut and receiver latch plate and is compatible with compact stock options including the Magpul MOE SL-M, B5 Systems Sierra K and LWRC UCIW.
